TopLogo A quick word of thanks to Roger Lee, Joy Sobhani and all the great folks at ICMI for hosting me last week at their Call Center Demo in Miami. I had the priviledge of presenting a half-day pre-conference workshop on Quality Assessment. Thanks also to the wonderful group of people who attended the workshop from all over the world. We had excellent participation. I think my group could have gone all day discussing QA and service quality. Well done!

    In a call center industry it is really important to do a lot of demo and training, the more training and demo you do the more skilled you will be, and it will be easier for you to communicate to your customers.
