  1. What a great – and true – premise. Marketing means nothing if you are not living up to your brand! How many companies promise great customer service in their marketing pieces and fail to deliver? Considering how American’s feel about customer service today, I would venture to say most of them.
    However, when you deliver consistant extraordinary service, you will generate consistant extraordiary buzz about your business.
