    We use HP mostly for our computers at work. And we have a lot of experiences like that one. Some of the funniest stories include the time we ordered a new server to use for internal testing for our software and database. They somehow managed to send us a Media Centered pc. My next pc is definitely not a HP.

    It’s amazing what you learn, isn’t it? Unfortunately, most computer companies seem to consider tech support and customer service a necessary evil rather than seeing it as an opportunity to differentiate themselves from the competition!

    Ouch. It COULD be the best product in the world, but it failed miserably because of one person…and a “system.” Tsk tsk tsk.
    Oh yeah, it’s not that great of a product either…it’s a commodity and the only way to differentiate it IS with the customer service. Tsk tsk tsk.

    I work in a customer service industry and this call is so not good.
