QAQnA mug clubber, Phil Gerbyshak, has a classic story about his Valentine’s Day pizza order from Papa John’s (Phil, you romantic dog, you – jk). It’s one of those you’ve gotta read to believe – and then you remember feeling that hopeless before. For me there are experiences with USAir, Northworst – er- Northwest Airlines, and Saturn of Des Moines. But those are stories for another day…give Phil’s post a read!

    Thanks for sharing the story Tom. It’s sad that a company would not find a way to train their people to avoid situations like this. I used this as an example to my team today. “What could you have done to make it a great experience, even though it started out poorly?” I’ll share my results soon!
