Interview with a Geek

There was a lot of buzz around the blogosphere regarding my experiences and posts about Robert Stephens and the Geek Squad. Shortly after the posts were published, my fellow Customer Service blogger, Doug Hanna, at Service Untitled informed me that he was interviewing Robert. It looks to be a fascinating multi-part interview based on the first installment. I recommend giving it a read!
