Happy Blogtipping Day, once again!
Service Untitled is a relatively new blog that I’ve been keeping my eye on recently.
Here’s what I like about this blog:
- Great content. The site is on target with their customer service tips – it’s good stuff.
- Simple, brief posts. I like it when I can read a post quickly between calls or apppointments. Service Untitled gives good info concisely.
- On brand. The site does not stray all over the place. It’s about customer service phone skills and, so far, it’s sticking to it’s mission.
One suggestion for Service Untitled:
- Service Untitled does not, at this time, allow the posting of comments. I like the dialogue – the on-line conversation that happens in blogging. When you don’t allow comments to your post, it feels like the blog is not a conversation but a pulpit.
I hope that the site will become open to dialogue. Nonetheless, there’s some good content there.

Tom, I appreciate that you put some thought and time into following the blogtipping crowd today. Next month, on June 1st, Blogtipping Day will be bigger and better! I just hope it catches hold as a bit of a nice tradition where bloggers give appropriate praise and encouragement to each other. Nothing compulsory, just nice thoughts and helpful advice.
I guess a prize or two couldn’t hurt either, perhaps π …

I, too, am a reader of Service Untitled and I’m glad you gave Douglas the hint to add comments to his blog π I had been meaning to tell him, but it kept slipping my mind. Anyhow, it looks like he’s going to let us voice our opinion over there, of which I’m grateful.
I do enjoy the conversations that blogs bring as well. Thanks for sharing your knowledge here…
